What We Do

We Help Men Find Their Way Back to Healthy Living

At Sunrise Sober Living, we believe in the power of supporting men in their recovery journey from addiction, and we’ve developed programs that help build a foundation for a sober life. We provide a structured, supportive environment where residents can focus on their recovery and develop the necessary skills to maintain sobriety.

Through years of experience, our team has become experts in addiction recovery, and we use evidence-based practices to help our residents achieve their goals and live them out for the rest of their lives. We offer individual and group therapy sessions, life skills training, and accountability measures to help our residents succeed.

Our program is not for the faint of heart – recovery is hard work and requires commitment and dedication. But for those willing to put in the effort, we offer a path toward a better future for life after rehab. Safe and Structured Living

Accountability and structure are the key to feeling safe, building life skills, and growing in self-esteem within a transitional living setting.

Onsite Staff

A House Manager lives onsite in each of our halfway house locations to provide assistance in the big and little moments.

drug test

Random Weekly Drug Testing

Zero tolerance of any use of mind-altering substances, so weekly drug testing will be required.

12 step

Required 12-Step Meeting Participation

A minimum of four outside 12-step meetings per week, and the fifth is a mandatory weekly house meeting.

Supportive Community

We promote a family-oriented setting where all clients are encouraged towards recovery and guided by others who have been in their shoes.

Hiking, camping trips, football games, and other outings are regularly scheduled to build closer bonds and encourage fun, substance-free events.

We offer multiple room options to our residents to best meet all preferences and needs.

Daily Living Skills

We offer assistance with work issues, such as interviewing, proper work relations, and personal skills, like budgeting.

Assistance is available in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly budgeting and saving plans.

Medication Management

We are MAT (Medication Assisted Therapy) friendly, and we provide direct oversight of certain medications, stored securely at all times.

We have built great relationship with companies around us to aide in connecting residents with safe, drug-free work environments.

If continued education is something that you desire, we offer guidance in working towards GED’s, community college, or trade training opportunities.

Helping others through volunteering is a key to self-esteem and finding life’s purpose. Murfreesboro, and the surrounding area, have many opportunities to serve others.
